RETURN AND REFUND
Your satisfaction is our number one priority! We appreciate your business and are committed to you even after delivery of our products.
We have a 14-day free return policy. We want you to shine bright and feel that every design is a perfect match for you. But in case it isn't, you can request a return and refund to the purchaser’s original method of payment or a gift card within 14 days of delivery. For international returns, return shipping rates and insurance are the responsibility of the customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS/ NON REFUNDABLE ITEMS
please note that eternity rings, custom design orders, engraved orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and let us know what the new item you want to exchange for. We will get the new item ready to ship as soon as possible. Once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your bank account.
